Adrienne joined the Sheer Design Team in 1997. Traveling around the world and working with advanced designers is a highlight for Adrienne. Her travels include Italy, Chicago, California, Las Vegas, New York and Florida. It is apparent that Adrienne is committed and inspired with an extensive background in bold, innovative creations. Also an educator in the hair extension field with SoCap, hair extensions are Adrienne's specialty. "We provide the strand by strand method, using protein instead of glue to lengthen or add volume," says Adrienne.

On the Sheer Professionals Design Team since 1995 and having 28 years of hairdressing experience, Anita is passionate about hair and her clients. "It is very satisfying to see my clients excited about their new look and I feel great about that." Anita specializing in the latest trends of cut and color as well as razor cutting. A large part of the Sheer Professional's Team philosophy is the training of the apprentices.
Upcoming stylists enter the Sheer Professional's program and work for a full year assisting the team's experienced stylists before taking on clients of their own.

With extensive training and a hands on commitment to serving the client, Connie has been a dynamic member of the Sheer Professionals Team since 1976.  Donna Beam - Co-Owner
Donna has been in business as a stylist and designer for 30 years. She is co-owner of Sheer Professionals, which was recognized by Modern Salon as one of the 200 fastest growing salons in the U.S. Donna was a finalist in the North American Hair Designers Competition in Makeover and Color Categories, winning first place last year for Makeovers. Sheer Professionals has 29 staff members to serve our clients. Our designers travel throughout the U.S. and Europe to bring the latest styles and trends to Wooster.  Sandra Carr - Co-Owner
For Sandra Carr, hairdressing is a passion. Determined to make a difference in the lives of those she comes in contact with, she has traveled the globe as a hair designer, master colorist, photo stylist and national educator. Her dynamic talent and exuberant personality drove her 29 year journey in the hairdressing and fashion industry to great heights. Her many accolades include three nominations for the North American Hairdressing Awards, often referred to as the Academy Awards of hairdressing. She took home top honors in the area of the make over and color make over and was awarded the winning title of North American Make Over Artist of the Year. This career highlight was enhanced by winning Most Motivational Educator, an award which focused on her innate ability to combine enthusiasm and artistic talent into a presentation which inspired and motivated others to seek professional heights. As an International Educator for Matrix for the past 21 years, Sandra has won the title of Matrix Guest Artist of the Year, Colorist of the Year and Classic Artist of the Year. She represented Matrix as their National Color Spokesperson, and was featured columnist in Color Talk section of the company's Matrix Magazine. Her passion for the industry has allowed her to lead the way in creation of new fashion trends. These creations have graced the covers of leading industry publications such as Modern Salon, Salon News, Hair Color and Design and Process Magazine. Her expertise has been captured in interviews with fashion editors, and her designs have visually served Matrix in their videos and ad campaigns.
